2V2 Keep away
Tactical Problem:  Keep possession
Skill development: Off ball movement to create space in receiving a pass
Teaching Points:

Tactics: -Change directions
             -Change speed
             - Fake one way and go the other to  
               lose defender. 

Skills:   -Effective faking 
             -Put up hand as target and call for pass
Organizational Points:
1)  Get students to pair up and label themselves 
     #1 and #2.  Choose another pair to play 
     against. 
2)  1's get a ball while 2's go find a space in the 
     grid. 
3)  Start with walking, then progress to running. 

Interruption
-Ask students what strategies were used to maintain possession.
-Since triangles weren't options with 2 players, what worked best?
-Highlight teaching points

4)  Back to the keep away game

 Rules:  1)  no dribbling, pivoting only
           2)  Must stay in area 
           3)  No overhead passes 

Modifications:
-use basketballs or beanbags
-increase or decrease court size
-weaker team can use 3 dribbles
